1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the We Christian application, website, and related services operated by Covenant Synergy Private Limited. By creating an account, using the services, purchasing a subscription, or making a donation through the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

We Christian is a digital Christian community and church-management platform intended for participating Christian churches, ministries, Christian organizations, and their members. Features available to a particular user may depend on the participating organization, account type, and applicable plan.

3. Church Plan

The We Christian Church Plan is offered at ₹99 per year. It is intended for eligible churches, ministries, or Christian organizations using applicable church-management, communication, and community services. The exact features and services included in the plan will be displayed before payment.

4. Member Plan

The We Christian Member Plan is offered at ₹10 per month. It is intended for eligible individual members using applicable member services. The exact features and services included in the plan will be displayed before payment.

5. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

The applicable price, subscription period, billing arrangement, and payment purpose will be displayed before payment is completed. Where recurring billing is enabled, the applicable renewal terms will be clearly presented before the user authorizes recurring payment. Where recurring billing is not enabled, the user must make a new payment when the applicable subscription period ends.

Users may cancel future subscription billing using the cancellation mechanism made available through the platform or applicable payment service. Cancellation of future billing does not automatically create a refund for a payment already processed. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Donation Policy.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through PhonePe or another authorized payment service provider. The applicable amount and payment purpose will be displayed before the transaction is completed. Users are responsible for reviewing transaction information before confirming payment.

7. Donations

Where enabled by a participating church, ministry, or Christian organization, users may make voluntary donations or offerings. Donations are separate from the Church Plan and Member Plan and do not automatically activate, renew, or extend a subscription. The intended recipient and amount will be displayed before the donation is completed.

8. Community Content

Users may submit prayer requests, messages, wishes, comments, photographs, gallery content, and other community material. Users must have the necessary rights to submit such content and must not use the platform to publish unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate material.

We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, participating organizations, or the platform.

9. Participating Organizations

Participating churches, ministries, and organizations are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their organization-specific information, announcements, events, and member information. Covenant Synergy Private Limited provides the technology platform and does not necessarily independently verify every organization-specific submission.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with platform operation, commit payment fraud, impersonate another person, distribute malicious software, misuse community or communication features, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party interruptions, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. Where required, we will provide appropriate information about material changes affecting paid services.

12. Intellectual Property

The We Christian application, software, branding, designs, and platform materials operated by Covenant Synergy Private Limited may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where permitted by law or expressly authorized.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, a security risk, unauthorized access, or unlawful use. Users may request account closure through our support channels.
